Overview
Bluewater Bay Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course in the Bluewater Bay community of Niceville, designed by Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate and built in 1981.
The layout runs along Choctawhatchee Bay and through woodland and wetland areas. Tee times are sold publicly; current membership terms could not be confirmed.

The Community
Bluewater Bay, a master-planned community of about 2,000 acres in Niceville first developed in the late 1970s, made up of many neighborhoods of townhomes, patio homes and single-family houses, with a 120-slip marina.
