Overview

Shalimar Pointe Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course on Choctawhatchee Bay in Shalimar, north of Fort Walton Beach. A group of local investors bought the club in 2012, and members and investors oversee it through a board of directors.

After a renovation of more than a year costing about $1.7 million, the course reopened in June 2023 and introduced a membership program with no joining fee.
