Overview
Scenic Hills Country Club is a semi-private club in northeast Pensacola that opened in 1958. Its 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by Chic Adams.
The club hosted the 1969 U.S. Women's Open, and it points to that event as making it the only Florida course to have staged a U.S. Open.
Facilities include a grille restaurant, a banquet room and ballroom, an outdoor pavilion beside the 18th green, locker rooms, a golf shop and a practice area. Members get discounted rates and preferred tee times, and the course also takes public play.
