Overview
Royal Highlands is a gated 55+ community in Leesburg, built by Pringle Development from 1999 and finished in the mid-2000s. Its roughly 1,500 single-family ranch homes sit on just under 1,100 acres, with about a third of the land kept for conservation.
The community's golf course, The Monarch, is an 18-hole, par-72 layout with lakes and rolling hills. Residents receive preferred rates and tee times.
