Overview

The Golden Bear Club is a private club inside the Keene's Pointe community in Windermere, on the Butler Chain of Lakes southwest of Orlando.

Its Jack Nicklaus Signature course opened in 1999 and plays to par 72 and 7,173 yards, routed past lakes and stands of oak. A clubhouse of about 24,000 square feet includes a formal dining room, the Pointe 18 Bar & Grille and a ballroom used for weddings and banquets.

The club sells golf and social memberships; social members have use of the dining rooms, tennis courts, pool and fitness center.
