Overview

Grasslands Golf & Country Club is a private, member-owned club in Lakeland that opened in 1990. Membership is open to residents of the Grasslands community and of surrounding neighborhoods.

The 18-hole course was designed by Jerry Pate and Bob Cupp and restored by the Jerry Pate Design Group in 2008. It plays to par 72 and about 7,080 yards from the back tees.

A swim and tennis club has a junior Olympic-size pool, a children's pool, the Deckside Cafe, five Har-Tru and two hard tennis courts and two pickleball courts, all lit for night play.
