Overview

Old Palm Golf Club is a 650-acre private residential golf community with an equity club in Palm Beach Gardens, bounded by PGA Boulevard, Central Boulevard and Florida's Turnpike. WCI founded it in 2004, and Clarion Partners bought it in September 2010.

The par-72 course was designed by Raymond Floyd and measures 7,401 yards, according to Wikipedia. It also has a 19th "bye" hole and three full-length practice holes, and the 33-acre Old Palm Golf Studio serves as the practice facility.

In 2007 Audubon International certified the property as a Gold Signature Sanctuary. Most of the course's irrigation water is reclaimed.
