Overview
TPC Treviso Bay is a bundled golf community in Naples and the area's only course in the PGA Tour's TPC network. Club membership is deeded to each home, which carries either a golf or a social membership.
The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Arthur Hills in consultation with Hal Sutton and opened in 2008. The 64,000-square-foot main clubhouse overlooks the ninth and 18th greens.
A separate 15,000-square-foot health club includes a fitness center, spa and studio, along with a lagoon pool, lap pool, Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball and bocce. Housing ranges from condominiums and coach homes to estate homes.

Membership
Bundled: club membership is deeded to the property, with homes carrying either a golf or a social membership (up to 825 golf memberships). No non-resident memberships.
