Overview
Breakers West is a guarded country club community in West Palm Beach with about 540 residences, from golf villas and townhomes to single-family houses and golf estates, spread across 14 subdivisions. Club membership is voluntary, and residents who do not join pay only the community's HOA fees.

The Breakers says it was originally built in 1968 and reopened in December 2022 after a renovation by Rees Jones.
