Overview
Sugar Mill Country Club is a private club community in New Smyrna Beach, where golf has been played for more than half a century.
The club has 27 holes in three nines (Red, White and Blue), originally designed by Joe Lee and opened in 1970. Ron Garl, a Lee protégé, reworked the course in 2023. The course is recognized by Audubon International for environmental stewardship.
Members also have tennis and pickleball, a pool and activity center, fitness facilities and dining that ranges from casual meals to wine dinners.
