Overview
Indian River Colony Club is a gated 55+ country club community in Melbourne (Viera area) created for military retirees. It has nearly 800 single-family homes on about 453 acres, and the club is a member-owned not-for-profit run by an elected board.
The 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Gordon Lewis; GolfN dates it to 1986. Residents also have tennis courts, a pool, a lounge, an event hall for up to 300 guests and more than 60 activity groups. Social memberships are available to non-residents.
