Overview

Worthington Country Club is a member-owned, bundled golf community in Bonita Springs, a short distance east of I-75. Its homes, villas and condominiums were built between 1991 and 1994.

The par-72 course was originally laid out by Gordon G. Lewis and later renovated by Ron Garl in a $5.5 million project. From the back tees it plays to about 6,730 yards.

The club has five Har-Tru tennis courts, lighted bocce, a fitness center, a pool and cabana, and several dining rooms. Members also get reciprocal play at roughly 60 area clubs from May through October.
