Overview
Zellwood Station is a gated, resident-owned community for people 55 and over in Zellwood, in northwest Orange County. It covers roughly 800 acres and is made up largely of manufactured homes, with some villas, coach homes and single-family houses.
The community is built around an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by George Maddox that opened in 1974. The course operates as semi-private. Residents also have a restaurant and bar, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and an active social calendar.
