Overview

Loblolly is a private club community in Hobe Sound that grew out of two earlier entities, the Loblolly Bay Yacht Club and Marina and the Loblolly Pines Golf Club, which later merged.

The golf course in The Pines neighborhood is a Pete Dye design from 1988 that plays to par 72. The Bay neighborhood on the Intracoastal Waterway has an 80-slip marina with dockage for yachts up to 100 feet and a boat launch.

Other facilities include two heated pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a spa, and dining at the Pines Grill and the Yacht Club.
